Natural Menopause Remedies: Which Drug-Free Cures Really Work

Learn the most effective ways to ward off specific menopausal symptoms- without the use of synthetic hormones.

We learned the bad news: Women on Hormone Replacement Therapy have a higher risk of heart disease, blood clots, stroke, and breast cancer than those who are not. Some six million women were taking synthetic hormones (HRT) when the news broke. And the Women’s Health Initiative, a prestigious, long-term study of 16,000 women, had to stop three years earlier than planned, leaving millions of women unsure what to do next.

But there is good news. Women can use all natural remedies for their hot flashes, insomnia, heart disease, osteoporosis, low libido, and vaginal dryness-without risking serious side effects. Natural Menopause Remedies uncovers the truths and myths about nature’s remedies, including foods, herbs, supplements, lifestyle changes, and alternative techniques. Based on clinically proven evidence drawn from thorough research, this book reveals which natural remedies work, how they work, and how to use them. With the information in this book, women can implement a personalized plan for their specific symptoms.

My Story

I am 49 years old and have always considered myself to be healthy. No serious illnesses and never a hospital admission or surgery. That was then and this is now. About 5 years ago I realised that I wasn't feeling so good anymore. Less energy, extreme tiredness, more susceptible to infections, a general feeling that I just was not right, nothing concrete just a feeling. A visit to my doctor revealed little. You are aging I was told, you cannot expect to feel like a teenager at your age and a form for some blood tests plus some pills to lower my slightly high blood pressure. The blood tests showed high cholesterol, slightly raised blood sugar levels and nothing more. I was given medication and told to come back in 6 months when everything would be checked again. So it continued for 5 years until 2nd January 2010 when I suffered a heart attack. Could it have been prevented? Possibly had anyone joined the dots and realised just what was happening where these apparently unrelated conditions were silently working together to devastate my body.
This website is to help you to join your dots before it is too late.
