Menopause is defined as the pause of menstruation as a result of the decline in ovarian function in women, which signals the end of fertility. I am 25 so it’s obviously not that, but I wake up every night in the middle of the night with these horrible hot flashes and on top of that I have migranes(sp) from hell every night. I don’t know what could be the cause of this.

I was having them too. I couldnt figure out why. My feet were on fire and so was the rest od my body. My doctor told me dehydration at night can cause these type of reaction.
Try drinking some gatorade before you go to sleep and keeping the bottle by the bed. It cant hurt to try
